Treatment Description
The HeartMath institute defines resilience as the capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity. In this session we will be exploring tools and techniques to help you build, restore and fortify your own personal resilience. This mentoring is meant to help you gain greater self awareness, attain a higher degree of emotional self-regulation and activate the power of your heart’s intelligence through a system of science based, coherence building skills. The HeartMath Mentoring and Energetic Therapy will consist of HeartMath mentoring followed by Reiki healing, Tuning Fork Therapy or Singing Bowl Therapy. HeartMath mentoring will help you maintain progress made in an energetic vibrational session by allowing you to take tangible and easy techniques with you wherever you go. You may choose which energetic therapy option you prefer at booking checkout.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible to pay a $60-$80 cancellation fee if the 24 hour notice is not honored and $100 for in-home services. No call/no shows are required to pay 100% for their scheduled appointment. COLD/FLU NOTICE - Please cancel your appointment within the 24 hour notice window if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness to avoid a cancellation fee and to protect the health of yourself, the therapist, and other clients. If you come to your session sick you will be refused service in the case of communicable disease and responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
