Treatment Description

This session is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each treatment is intuitively tailored to your body’s needs in the moment—whether that calls for deeper, focused work to release chronic tension, or slower, gentler touch to support nervous system regulation and relaxation. ​ Brittany may incorporate a blend of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching, acupressure, and fluid, integrative bodywork. Sessions are guided by both your verbal needs addressed before the session and your body’s responses during, creating a collaborative experience that prioritizes your comfort and desired outcomes. ​ Whether you’re seeking relief, restoration, or reconnection, this is a space to receive work that is responsive, intentional, and uniquely yours.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible to pay a $60-$100 cancellation fee if the 24 hour notice is not honored. No call/no shows and cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are required to pay 100% for their scheduled appointment. COLD/FLU NOTICE - Please cancel your appointment within the 24 hour notice window if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness to avoid a cancellation fee and to protect the health of yourself, the therapist, and other clients. If you come to your session sick you will be refused service in the case of communicable disease and responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
