We all need some support, I invite you to share a coaching call with me! Coaching calls can help set you up for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance and success. What a beautiful thing it is to have someone hold space for you during your healing journey! -discover and activate your authentic self -mindset rewiring -receive tools for emotional processing -practices for mindful and conscious living -self-love practices -nervous system regulation -process stressful situations -inner-child healing -receive accountability and support whatever it is you are going through, working on, or working towards I'm here to help you show up as your most authentic and powerful self! Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible to pay a $60-$80 cancellation fee if the 24 hour notice is not honored and $100 for in-home services. No call/no shows are required to pay 100% for their scheduled appointment. COLD/FLU NOTICE - Please cancel your appointment within the 24 hour notice window if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness to avoid a cancellation fee and to protect the health of yourself, the therapist, and other clients. If you come to your session sick you will be refused service in the case of communicable disease and responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
