Treatment Description

These one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to support you through life's challenges, transitions, relationships, healing journeys, and moments of uncertainty. Together we'll explore what is present beneath the surface, bringing awareness to the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and nervous system responses that may be influencing your experience. Drawing from somatic coaching, parts work, nervous system regulation, spiritual mentorship, and embodied self-inquiry, these sessions offer both practical guidance and deeper insight. Areas we may explore include: • Relationship challenges and dating discernment • Life transitions and decision making • Nervous system regulation and emotional resilience • Inner child healing and reparenting work • Self-worth, boundaries, and people-pleasing patterns • Spiritual connection and personal growth • Processing grief, heartbreak, or major life changes • Reconnecting with your intuition and inner knowing • Understanding recurring patterns and core wounds • Cultivating greater self-trust and authenticity Each session is unique and guided by what is most alive and important for you in the moment. Interested in deeper support? Sometimes a single session is exactly what is needed. Other times, what emerges during our work together reveals an opportunity for deeper exploration and transformation. For clients desiring ongoing support, I offer private mentorship containers that allow us to work together over several months. These containers create space for deeper healing, nervous system repatterning, spiritual growth, and embodied change through consistent guidance and support. If it feels aligned, we can explore mentorship options during your session.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible to pay a $60-$100 cancellation fee if the 24 hour notice is not honored. No call/no shows and cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are required to pay 100% for their scheduled appointment. COLD/FLU NOTICE - Please cancel your appointment within the 24 hour notice window if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness to avoid a cancellation fee and to protect the health of yourself, the therapist, and other clients. If you come to your session sick you will be refused service in the case of communicable disease and responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
