Treatment Description

This Connection Session is the first step for anyone interested in working with me in a longer-term coaching container. During our time together, we’ll explore what has brought you here, the patterns you’re navigating, and what you’re truly longing to create. This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, explore your intentions more deeply, and determine whether we’re the right fit to work together. I’ll also share more about my approach to coaching, answer any questions you have, and give you a genuine experience of what it feels like to work together. If, at the end of our session, it feels aligned for both of us to continue, I’ll recommend the coaching container I believe would best support your goals. Coaching is offered in 4, 6, and 9-month containers, each designed to provide the depth of support needed for meaningful, lasting transformation.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible to pay a $60-$100 cancellation fee if the 24 hour notice is not honored. No call/no shows and cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are required to pay 100% for their scheduled appointment. COLD/FLU NOTICE - Please cancel your appointment within the 24 hour notice window if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness to avoid a cancellation fee and to protect the health of yourself, the therapist, and other clients. If you come to your session sick you will be refused service in the case of communicable disease and responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
