Treatment Description

This unique session combines the insight and support of one-on-one mentorship with the restorative healing of distance Reiki. We begin with a coaching and mentorship conversation where you'll have space to explore what is currently present in your life. Together we'll bring awareness to challenges, patterns, emotions, relationships, life transitions, or areas where you may be seeking greater clarity, healing, or direction. From there, we move into a distance Reiki session, allowing the energetic work to support and deepen the intentions uncovered during our conversation. Reiki helps calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and create space for greater alignment, clarity, and connection. This combination offers an opportunity to work with healing on multiple levels—mind, body, heart, spirit, and energy—creating a deeply supportive and integrative experience. Sessions may support: • Emotional healing and processing • Stress reduction and nervous system regulation • Relationship and life challenges • Spiritual growth and connection • Clarity around decisions and next steps • Releasing energetic and emotional heaviness • Self-trust, confidence, and empowerment • Deepening connection with your intuition and inner wisdom Each session is guided by your unique needs and intentions, creating a personalized experience designed to support your healing, growth, and overall well-being. We can discuss whether a longer-term container feels aligned during your session.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible to pay a $60-$100 cancellation fee if the 24 hour notice is not honored. No call/no shows and cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are required to pay 100% for their scheduled appointment. COLD/FLU NOTICE - Please cancel your appointment within the 24 hour notice window if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness to avoid a cancellation fee and to protect the health of yourself, the therapist, and other clients. If you come to your session sick you will be refused service in the case of communicable disease and responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
