Treatment Description
A private immersive healing experience with Brittany & Gabrielle The Sound Temple Session is a co-facilitated healing immersion where therapeutic Massage and a live full sound bath occur simultaneously. This is not a traditional massage and not a standard sound bath. During your session, Brittany works directly with the body through intuitive hands-on therapy — releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and supporting the body’s natural unwinding process — while Gabrielle creates a continuous live vibrational sound field using crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound instruments placed throughout the space. Rather than listening to sound, you are surrounded by it. The frequencies move through the body as touch work helps the system feel safe enough to soften and receive. Together, the modalities allow the body to access a deeper state of restoration than either practice alone. The mind quiets, breathing slows, and the nervous system shifts out of survival mode into repair and regulation. This experience supports healing on multiple levels: • Physical — easing muscular tension and holding patterns • Nervous system — deep regulation and stress recovery • Emotional — gentle release and integration • Energetic — clearing, coherence, and alignment Because the sound environment is continuous while the body is being worked with directly, many clients experience a profound reset, altered sense of time, and lasting calm that continues after the session. This offering is held as a ceremonial-level experience rather than a standard treatment. Availability Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 12pm-2:30pm. Ideal for those experiencing burnout, emotional overwhelm, difficulty relaxing, sleep challenges, or a desire for a deeper reset than massage or sound healing alone can provide. You are not simply receiving a service — you are being held in a therapeutic sound environment designed to allow the body and spirit to restore themselves.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible to pay a $60-$100 cancellation fee if the 24 hour notice is not honored. No call/no shows and cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are required to pay 100% for their scheduled appointment. COLD/FLU NOTICE - Please cancel your appointment within the 24 hour notice window if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness to avoid a cancellation fee and to protect the health of yourself, the therapist, and other clients. If you come to your session sick you will be refused service in the case of communicable disease and responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
